Shipping policy

Each item in our store is custom made to order just for you. Because we print on demand, your order goes through a production phase before it is handed off to our shipping carriers.

Processing & Production Times: Standard processing and production time takes 1-5 business days before an order ships. Fulfillment time varies by product. Please be aware that production times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Currently, we ship only within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Once production is complete, estimated transit times are 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order leaves the printing facility. At this time, we are unable to offer express shipping options.

Multiple Packages / Split Shipments: To bring you the best quality products, we work with several specialized printing partners. If you order different items (for example, a sweatshirt and a coffee cup), your items may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost to you.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), transit delays are outside of our direct control. If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your delivery carrier. For packages genuinely lost in transit, please contact us at support@lovelyandferal.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.
